2014 - 2017

A series of drawings and sculptural items representing the nonlinear unfolding of time and emotional growth through the symbology of the natural world.
Archival grade ink, gouache, precious metals on hotpress watercolour paper along with kinetic sculptures made by the artist through found organic material from lands of energetic and lineage significance.

This work along with 65 other pieces from the artist was exhibited in a solo show of the same name in 2017 at Tangled Art Gallery. Exhibit Documentation by Alice Lo.

raw silk fabric drawn on with archival-grade ink, with 36 precious gem beads, hand-carved copper done in residency with Tlingit / Unangax̂ artist Nicholas Galanin, suspended on raw cinnamon stick (galle fort, Sri Lanka) Hand-chiselled Spanish Marble Bowl, found deer rib (Toronto) embellished with archival ink on found coral drift (Karainagar, Jaffna) resting on Red Cedar Chips (Sitka, AK) gifted from Tlingit / Unangax̂ artist Nicholas Galanin, to the artist during residency in Sitka, AK, hand-braided young rosebud garland on copper wire.
